Technical Education

Today the world is becoming technical minded. The object of education today is economic. The problem of earning breed is the burning question of the day. Today the world is becoming industrialized. Machines have been invented for doing every possible work. That is not all. Other technical knowledge is also needed, for instance, cottage industry like weaving, carpentry, etc....
trade and commerce, agriculture, and engineering, medical training, and nursing.

Previously our system of education was purely general. We could hardly produce any mechanics.technicians and experts in any professional line like medicine and engineering. Technical education is the sole object of learning in all western countries. Pakistan is undergoing an industrial revolution. New industries are being established. Pakistan cannot afford the luxury of aimless general education.
