Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others. Our time requires leaders
who are not only
intelligent .but wise. Wise leaders develop strategies that target the greater good, not just an organization or individual. The more that companies, communities and the
world at large appoint such leaders.,the better off we will be. The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets
people to do the greatest things.
Nelson Mandela who was South African’s leader and fought for the rights of black people who were called negros. They found themselves on a lonely island of poverty. They were exile on their own land. All negros , they follow the orders and acted upon
the advice of their leader Mandela. As a result, they get freedom. On the other hand, black people in America were also suffering from discrimination. Because of the government. It’s evident to me that the best leaders act from aspirations beyond the goals or boundaries of one
organization.
Or group, but rather seek to heal
humanity as a whole .there is no
investment you can make which will pay
you so well as the effort to scatter sunshine and good cheer
through your establishment.
