Sport is a kind of exercise. Exercise is very important for health. Sports make you relax whenever you are tired. Sports make you healthy not only physically but mentally also.

These games help you to become healthy. So we should take part in sports. Exercise is very important for physical and mental growth. Many diseases are just due to a lack of exercise. Obesity which is the root of all diseases is caused by a lack of physical activities.

So we can get rid of scary diseases and laziness by just doing exercise like playing some games which include running for 30 minutes out of 24 hours which means how many mins.?
